The Cloudyfi Service collects personally identifiable information from you solely to operate the Service as described in the “How We Use Your Visitor Information” section below. We will not sell your personal information to advertisers or spammers. We only share the data we collect from you as described in the section below entitled “How We Share Your Visitor Information.”

We at CLOUDYFI, (“we” or the “Company”) respect your privacy and value the relationship. This Privacy Policy is designed to show you what information about you we collect through the Cloudyfi Application on the social Media network operated by Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google Plus , the related mobile device software applications (Social media applications like Facebook,Twitter..etc) and the Cloudyfi website at Cloudyfi.net (together with the Social Network Application and the Mobile Software, the “Service”), and how we use and share collected information. Your use of Social Networks in general and your relationship with that network are subject to their own Privacy Policy and their other terms and policies, which we strongly recommend that you must review before you start using the Service. We do not control and are not responsible for Social Network’s processing of your information.



The Service enables you to access FREE WIFI network at one or more of our business locations. To initiate this process, the Service may collect personal information and content that was provided by you or other users to Social Networking sites. When you use our Wi-Fi, we may collect any Information you have made visible to “Everyone” on Facebook or other Social Networking sites.

The data that we pull is limited by three things:
1. The data provided by each social media platform provider via API
2. The privacy settings of the customer social media profile
3. What information the customer has populated on their social media profile

Each social media platform provider returns different levels of data, so select your social media networks login options based on what data you require.

Below is the information we usually get returned from each social media provider:

• Liked Pages (These are then arranged by category by our system – i.e. Favourite Topic, Favourite Restaurant/Sports/Shopping place)

Other than that we ask that you share all information that you are allowed to share under Facebook T&C’s. This information includes:

• Posts you have “liked”
• Your Newsfeed
• Photos and videos you have uploaded
• Your events calendar
• Your friend lists
• Your online presence
• Your and friends “check-ins”

Even if you have not  allowed us access to any of your Facebook Data, we may collect Data about you when your friends on Facebook allow access to use our service, subject to your Facebook settings. We may also send you emails and publish on your Facebook Wall in reference to your use of the Service.

In addition to the Social Networking, customized form Information, we may collect information we receive from you in connection with our customer support, your user feedback or other communications. Any such information will be treated in the same manner as social media sites Information.


When you connect with our wifi through any mobile device, we collect your unique mobile device identifier, IP address and your location information.


To log into the Mobile Application, you must input your social media site credentials. This login information is collected directly by that social platform as part of the login process and does not pass through our servers.


The Business will only use your Visitor Information for the following purposes:
To enable you to use the Service to surf internet using a WIFI network;
To enable you and other users of the Service to participate in loyalty programs, special offers and other location based services;
If your Facebook privacy policy settings allow such access, to enable your friends to use the Service to analyse their  friends network and the content available within that networks;
To publish on your Wall or to send you emails regarding your use of the Service;
To provide support and to respond to your inquiries;
To communicate about new features or promotional activities of the Service;
To prevent fraud, spammers or potentially illegal activities and to enforce our Terms of Use;
To keep track of your activities, preferences and location in order to improve the level of service you receive.

To promote the Service and other products and services of ours and our partners, including in private and publicly accessible product presentation and in communications with social media partners, media outlets and other third parties, provided that your Information will only be used in such promotions in aggregate form, anonymous form, or after removing your names, photos, videos and contact information. We will not sell your personally identifiable Information to advertisers or spammers.
